Producer, Writer & Director
Angus has been in front and behind the camera in film and TV for over 20 years working on feature films, TV shows and commercials. His last feature film THE HOLY ROLLER was released in NZ, AUST and the USA with a run at cinemas both in Australia and New Zealand. Angus is also a teacher of screenwriting and film history at New York Film Academy at Fox Studios Sydney Australia.
Lyle Carey is the CEO of Enzyme Productions. Since starting the Business in 2009, he has grown it to be very successful, working with Channel 9, The today show, ACA, 60 minutes, AMP, St George, tigerair, Chimu Adventures and many more. Lyle’s company has successfully produced many short films including The red file “which was nominated for best international film in 2013 in Los Angeles 168 film festival.
Director of Photography
Mick Eady is a Director of Photography and Artist. Over the last 25 years, Mick’s film and television work has taken him to hundreds of intriguing locations around the world. His extensive body of work includes everything from capturing the plight of the outcast people in New Delhi slums to working with Hollywood A Lister Kevin Spacey in Baltimore USA as well as numerous and humorous encounters in-between.
Drew McPherson has worked in the film & television industry as a director and editor for the past 15 years on television series, commercials and documentaries.
He has directed television series such as ʻAustraliaʼs Greatest Athleteʼ - Ch 9, ʻSearch for the Panjo All-starsʼ -nickelodeon and Xventure for ONE HD.
Drew is currently directing a documentary series called (Nine Lives) A multi year project with big wave surfer Mark Visser to track down and ride the biggest wave know to man.
Stephen has many years experience in the word of theatre and media, graduating from N.I.D.A and with a Post Graduate Diploma in Creative writing Stephen is also the Head of Performance at C3 College oxford falls and a talented actor as well as skilled administrator.
Ruth is a Sydney based, New Zealand born singer/songwriter. She has been a professional singer and worship leader for over 20 years, attending performing arts school at 19 and majoring in vocals and guitar.
Ruth married Australian Actor/Filmmaker Angus Benfield in 1999 and began writing music for soundtracks. 'The Way' was her first track written for TV channel Shine following with 'Never Forget', her first film music feature in New Zealand Feature Film 'Wait up Harriett'. Ruth wrote/composed two songs 'Without Condition' and 'Amazing Grace' for the New Zealand Feature Film 'The Holyroller', released in cinemas in NZ in 2011 and Australia / America in 2012.
Brigitte has been working in varying degrees of design for the last 15 years specialising in floristry and lifestyle styling. Previous experience includes working at Disneyland Paris coordinating performers for marketing events and television commercials.
Brigitte is an artist and is currently preparing her first art exhibition.
Rebekah currently enjoys the role of the creative producer in the kids department at C3 Oxford Falls where she creates children’s programs - imbedded with excellent puns and jokes of course! She is also a freelancer within the media industry and teaches camera classes on the side.
After three years of media studies, she graduated top of her year with an advanced diploma in screen Production at C3 College, Oxford Falls in 2014 and has continued to gain experience in a variety of production roles.
Although she has a heavy musical background, she's always been fascinated by the entertainment industry and is really excited and passionate about being involved with this upcoming film.
Gary is a Sydney based stills photographer that has worked on music videos for the Amity Affliction and Jebediah, and shot alongside the film crew on the AFTRS short film I AM EMMANUEL that won best cinematography at the Palm Springs film festival.
When not shooting commercial work Gary can be found chasing the milky way in a new found passion of astrophotography.
